Q2: What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos with your subject facing the camera work best. Natural lighting helps capture true colors and details. Avoid blurry or dark images.

Q3: Can you create portraits of humans and pets together?

Yes! We can combine pets, people, or multiple subjects into a single custom portrait—just upload all the photos and leave a note during checkout.

Q5: What art styles do you offer?

Q6: Do I get to see a preview before final delivery?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a preview to approve. You can request small adjustments before we finalize your portrait.

Q7: How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Digital portraits are typically completed within 1–2 business days after your approval. Turnaround time may vary based on the complexity and number of subjects.

Q8: What file format do I receive?

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file (JPG or PNG) suitable for printing, sharing, or framing.

Q9: Do you offer physical prints or framing?

Currently, we offer digital downloads only, but you can easily print your portrait locally or through online printing services.

Q10: Can I request custom backgrounds or clothing?

Yes! You can add notes for background colors, outfits, or any creative ideas when placing your order.

Q11. Can I request revisions?

Yes! Each order includes 2 free revisions during the preview stage. Once you approve the final portrait, additional changes may require a new order.

Q12: What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide revisions before final delivery to make sure you’re 100% happy with your portrait.

Q13. Can I print my digital portrait?

Absolutely! All our files are delivered in high-resolution formats, perfect for printing, framing, or sharing online.

Q14: How do I place an order?

Simply upload your photo, choose your style and size, approve your preview, and download your finished portrait—it’s that easy!

Q15. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our digital portraits, refunds are generally not available once work has started. Exceptions may be made for accidental purchases or technical issues.

Q16. How will I receive my portrait?

Your final portrait will be delivered via email download link once approved. You can access your file anytime for printing or sharing.

Q17. Can I use my portrait for commercial purposes?

No, purchased portraits are intended for personal use only. Commercial use requires separate licensing—please contact us for details.
