2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway.

  • All orders are final once submitted.

3. Digital Product Delivery

  • All portraits are delivered as digital files after completion and approval.

  • No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device or printer can access and use the files provided.

4. Revisions and Approval

  • You will receive a preview of your portrait for review before final delivery.

  • Revisions can be requested at the preview stage (2 free revisions).

  • Once you approve the final portrait, the order is considered complete.

5. Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our digital products, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as accidental purchases or technical delivery issues.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the original photo you provide.

  • Bysoft Media retains copyright over the final digital portrait design.

  • You may use your purchased portrait for personal use (printing, display, sharing). Commercial use requires separate licensing.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell or distribute our digital portraits without permission.

  • Use portraits for unlawful, offensive, or defamatory purposes.

  • Claim the portrait design as your own original artwork.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bysoft Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of digital products.

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality portraits but cannot guarantee outcomes outside of agreed revisions.
