At Bysoft Media, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized digital portraits. Because each portrait is custom-made from your uploaded photo, we have a clear policy for revisions and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.

Your satisfaction is important to us! Here’s how revisions work:

Preview & Review – After we create your portrait, you’ll receive a preview for approval.

Request Revisions – If you’d like changes to the style, colors, or details, you can request revisions at this stage.

Revision Limit – Each order includes 2 free revision rounds to make sure your portrait is exactly how you want it.

Final Approval – Once you approve the portrait, the final high-resolution file will be delivered.
Please note: Revisions must be requested during the preview stage. Once the final file is delivered, additional changes may require a new order.
💰 Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our digital portraits, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You accidentally purchased the wrong product and contact us within 24 hours.

There was a technical issue preventing delivery of your digital file.
